About the project
HIV Cure (Pty) Ltd is a privately registered company in South Africa. Was registered accordingly because non-profit organization management legislation in South Africa, complicates managerial duties. Immensely.
The project's objective is to raise sufficient funding to professionally observe, and do the required clinical trials, in all the appropriate stages in the proposed HIV treatment approach. We are in the fundraising stage.
No clinical trials have commenced, and no treatment is currently available, or being offered to anyone.
The founder
Anton Human is a South African citizen, born and educated in Pretoria, and presently based in Middelburg. Mpumalanga. He established this initiative to pursue, and complete a research opportunity. Totally worth exploring. And will personally administer the project's day-to-day operations.
As a transparency measure, Anton holds a police clearance certificate, issued by the South African Police Service, available on request.

The best qualified team of medical doctors, qualified nursing staff, and accredited laboratories for analytical requirements. Are available. And to be involved.

Future medical staff
Medical doctors, nursing staff, and laboratory partners will be engaged as the project reaches the stage where clinical observation work can responsibly begin.
Why South Africa?
The project will be based in the North-Eastern region of South Africa. 150 km east of Johannesburg and Pretoria, 300km west of the Mozambique border.
South Africa has a track record of notable medical contributions, including:
- 1965: the retinal cryoprobe for cataract surgery, perfected by Dr Selig Amoilis.
- 1967: the world's first human-to-human heart transplant, performed by Dr Chris Barnard on 3 December.
- 1971: contributions to the Computed Axial Tomography (CAT) scan process by physicist Dr Allan Cormack, alongside Godfrey Hounsfield.
- 1992: the Smartlock safety syringe, designed to reduce needle-stick injury and disease transmission.
We see this history as encouraging context for South Africa-based medical research, not as a claim about the outcome of this specific project.
